For INJURED RUNNERS ready to get back to CONTINUOUS RUNNING!
If you’ve been sidelined by injury and are eager to return to running, the Return to Run program is designed just for you. This program combines expert care with a supportive group environment to help you safely transition back to consistent running.
Here’s How It Works:
Step 1: Comprehensive Assessment at Base Camp
Start with an in-depth evaluation to diagnose and understand your running injury. This assessment will guide your customized rehab plan and ensure the program is right for you.
Step 2: Custom Home Exercise /Rehab Plan
Receive a tailored 12-week home rehab program to address your injury and rebuild strength, mobility, and endurance.
Step 3: Group Running Progressions
Join our Learn to Run group on Tuesdays to follow progressive running workouts that gradually build your capacity.
Additional Support if Needed
While participating in the program, you’ll receive 10% off follow-up care at Base Camp if recommended during the Bush Babes running clinic. Please note that participation in the assessment does not guarantee admission to the group program, as in-person care may take priority.
Timing and Commitment
The assessment must be completed at least two weeks before the start of the run clinic (March 25). Participation is not a guarantee of results, as recovery depends on many individual factors.

Tuesday Evenings: 6 PM group runs (progressive running workouts)

If the clinic is disrupted due to circumstances beyond our control, it will continue virtually. Please review the cancellation policy carefully on the registration page before signing up.
